Miles remembers what you'd otherwise forget.

A credit you forgot to use. A fee posting in nine days. A bonus deadline. Miles tracks every date and mails you before it passes. Membership is what turns that on.

What Membership gets you

Nothing expires quietly
Statement credits, annual fee dates, sign-up bonus deadlines, free-night certificates. Miles knows when each one posts or expires and emails you ahead of it.
Your valuations
Set what your points are worth and every answer recomputes. Track elite status and household cardholders as well.
No monthly limit
Thirty questions a month on Free. Members have no monthly limit.
Still free for everyone
The card data, the directory, the comparisons, the wallet itself, and chat that reads it. Membership is what pays for that.

Questions

What's the difference between Free and Member?

Members have no monthly limit, and Membership adds the tools for managing the cards you already have: custom point valuations, elite status tracking, household profiles, card credits, and certificates. The cards you might get next stay free either way: the full card directory, comparisons, and chat.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Open the billing portal from Settings and choose the other plan.

How do I get help?
